This is sweet "Adam", and he is waiting in a really bad orphanage in Eastern Europe.
He is 5 years old, and he weighs 17 pounds. He has untreated hydrocephalus, and will die if he doesn't get treatment soon. He has a family working to get him, but they need financial help to bring him home. You can visit their blog here - http://adoptutah.blogspot.com/
